The company grounds of Rheinmetall, situated in Unterlüss are a unique testing area allowing live product presentation, trials and training.
Customer events which include live trials have a high marketing value. Compared to a presence at a trade fair they are at a reasonable price and cost-efficient.
Within the framework of a live product presentation event, trials or training the Test Center will support you in all stages of planning, organisation and implementation. From the setup of your project to its implementation including the catering to your guests, the Test Center offers you a full care-free and all-included package.
Our care-free all-included package consists of:
- Verification and certification of your products and their components, if required under specific security rules
- We provide the training premises for your theoretical training program
- Provision of workshops and test grounds for practical training or test runs
- Catering, Hotel reservation and Shuttle Services

Testing
- Testing of your equipment according to most international standards: MIL/STANAG/ITOP/DIN/EN
- Testing of components on the APG-rail track or on the steep slope
- Testing of allroad vehicles up to large-size cranes on our various testing areals
Theoretical and practical training
- We train your own personnel or your client’s personnel to work on coplex vehicle systems in our modern workshops
- Operating of your products on our proving grounds (e.g. digging with oversize excavators)
