Metalworking at Rheinmetall's Competence Center Zurich includes the complete geometry of complex parts and non-separable assemblies using various manufacturing processes, including heat and surface treatment.

We are able to apply complex, multi-stage procedures and processes for the production of mechanical parts and composite materials at a consistently high level. Thermal treatment

  • Mechanical straightening of shafts up to 5 m with tolerances less than 0.1 mm
